Warranty Policy

Our watches are covered by a 6-month limited warranty from the date of purchase.

Covered

• Mechanical defects in the movement.

• Manufacturing defects in case or bracelet.

Not Covered

• Damage from misuse, accidents, or neglect.

• Cosmetic wear (scratches, fading, discoloration).

• Water damage if exceeding the product’s rating.

• Modifications by third parties after purchase.

Important

• Modified watches are no longer covered by Seiko’s original warranty.

• All warranty claims are handled directly by Klyra.
